This website provides information about the treatments, spa and beauty services and products offered by NT Heaven On Earth in Palmerston City. We keep the information current, but treatments, durations, prices and availability can change, and occasional errors are possible. Nothing on this site is medical advice.

Appointments made through this website are requests, not confirmed bookings. Every request stays pending until our team reviews it and confirms with you by phone or email. Times shown are live availability at that moment and may be taken by someone else before your request is accepted.

Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment. If you are running late we will do our best to accommodate you, but your treatment may need to be shortened so the next guest is not delayed.

No payment is taken online. Payment is made at the spa after your treatment. Menu prices are exclusive of 10% GST, and the amount payable depends on how you choose to pay:

• Cash — the base menu price; we absorb the GST.
• PayID or bank transfer — base menu price plus 10% GST.
• Card or EFTPOS — base menu price plus 10% GST and a 1.1% card surcharge.

This payment policy applies from 15 June 2026. Prices and policies may be updated from time to time; the amount confirmed with you at the time of your appointment applies.

If your plans change, please let us know as early as you can by phone so we can offer the time to someone else. Rescheduling and cancellations are subject to availability and to confirmation by our team. Repeated missed appointments may mean we ask for a phone confirmation before holding a time for you.

Gift vouchers are purchased and redeemed in store, and product enquiries are handled by our team directly. Vouchers are not redeemable for cash, and any expiry or conditions are shown on the voucher and comply with Australian law. Products are subject to availability.

Please tell us before your treatment about any injury, medical condition, allergy, pregnancy or medication that may affect your session, and tell your therapist at any time if pressure or technique should change. We may decline or adapt a treatment where it would not be safe or appropriate.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or unexpected loss arising from use of this website, for temporary unavailability of the site or the booking system, or for personal items left on the premises. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
