When you contact us or request an appointment we may collect:

• the treatment, duration, preferred date and time you request;
• whether you would like an in-store or mobile appointment, and any notes or preferences you choose to share with us (for example an area you would like us to focus on, or something we should avoid).

We do not ask for payment card details through this website, and no payment is taken online.

We use your details only to:

• reply to your enquiry;
• confirm, change or cancel an appointment;
• prepare for your treatment and provide it safely;
• keep ordinary business records for our own operations.

Appointment requests made on this website are sent to our booking system, MELLALA, which our spa uses to manage its schedule. The details you enter in the booking form (name, contact details, treatment, and preferred time) are processed there so our team can review and confirm your request. A request is not a confirmed appointment until we accept it and contact you.

Enquiries sent through this website reach us at ntheavenonearth@gmail.com. If you call or message us, we keep the details you give us for the same purposes described above.

We never sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only where it is necessary to run the business — for example with our booking system — or where we are required to by law.

This website does not use marketing cookies, advertising pixels or third-party analytics tracking. Your visit is not profiled for advertising. Some pages embed a Google map so you can find us; that map is provided by Google and loads only when the page is viewed.

We take reasonable steps to protect your details from loss, misuse and unauthorised access, and we keep them only for as long as we need them for the purposes above or as required by law.

You can ask us what details we hold about you, ask us to correct anything that is out of date or incorrect, or ask us to remove your details from our records.
