We aim to keep this website usable for as many people as possible, and we use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as our reference point. We are not claiming formal certification — we simply build with these principles in mind and keep improving.

• Labels and clear error messages on every form field.

We are located at Shop B1B, Palm Plaza, 17 University Avenue, Palmerston City, NT 0830, Australia. If you would like us to know about mobility, hearing, vision or comfort needs before you arrive — including help getting on and off the table, a quieter room, or extra time — please mention it when you book or add it to the notes on your request, and we will prepare for you.

A mobile service is available Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM between Darwin City and Palmerston, if coming to us is difficult.
